Everyone’s time is valuable. My goal as a personal trainer is to personalize a workout that is designed to achieve your goals.  I can help you to lose weight, build muscle, tone up, improve cardiovascular fitness, prevent future injuries and help with the rehabilitation of injuries. I have been involved with golf at an elite level for the last 8 years both personally and professionally. Golf is a physically demanding sport which requires power, strength, flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and stamina. I have found that a golf specific training program has helped both my clients and me to gain more consistency and better results on the golf course. I have spent a lot of time researching and experimenting in the gym to find exercises that can be fun but also functional and golf specific.
