Many people are intimidated by the gym. All those sweaty bodies, grunts and groans and bulging pecs and teenagers with bodies to die for. It's enough to put anyone off!!

But there's no need to worry! I will take care of everything, working with you to put together your personal fitness plan, teaching you the best techniques to get the best results.

Whatever your goal - be that to run a marathon, or simply boost your confidence - I work with everyday people from all walks of life, aged 17 to 70, and of all shapes and sizes.
